Order & Shipping

• What is your order processing time? We normally process and ship orders within 1‑2 business days after receiving payment. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
• What shipping methods do you offer? Standard shipping (3‑7 business days) is offered on all orders. Expedited and express options may be available at checkout, and the shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
• Can I track my order? Yes. After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.
• Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. If your country is not listed at checkout, we’re unable to ship there. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees.
• What if my package is lost or damaged? Occasionally, things can happen beyond our control once a package leaves our warehouse. Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if you believe your package is lost or if it arrives damaged. Providing clear guidance for lost packages helps set expectations.

Golf Ball Washer

• What makes the Dual Clean Advantage different from traditional ball washers? • Is the Dual Clean Advantage durable for outdoor use? Definitely. It’s engineered to resist sun, rain, and other harsh elements so you don’t have to worry about leaving it attached to your cart or storing it in the trunk.
• What accessories or extra features come with it? The unit is lightweight and portable, and it has built-in attachment points for your cleaning towel and other small golf accessories. It also connects easily to most golf carts with no additional hardware.
• Do you sell replacement parts? Yes. Replacement brushes, brackets and other components are available in the Parts section of our website.

• How portable is the Hazard Master? Very portable. The retractable rake head folds down at the push of a button, and the ball retriever basket tucks neatly into the handle when not in use. The entire unit collapses to a compact size that fits easily on your cart or in your bag.
• How far can it reach and will it fit my golf cart? The telescopic pole extends up to seven feet, helping you rescue balls from water or rough terrain. The handle is designed to fit most spring‑loaded clips found on golf carts, so you can secure it without any special brackets.
• What is it made of and is it durable? The Hazard Master features a sturdy telescopic pole crafted from high‑quality brushed aluminum, ensuring durability in all weather conditions. It comes with a one‑year warranty and is proudly made in the USA to deliver long-lasting performance and peace of mind.

• What makes the Dual Clean Advantage Cleaning Solution different from ordinary cleaners? Our proprietary formula does more than just remove dirt and grime—it also neutralizes odors and leaves a refreshing fresh-cut grass scent, so your golf gear smells as clean as it looks.
• Is this cleaning solution compatible with all golf ball and club cleaners? Yes! The Dual Clean Advantage is designed to work seamlessly with any golf ball or club cleaner on the market, allowing you to use it with your current equipment or on-course ball washers.
• How do I use the Dual Clean Advantage Cleaning Solution effectively? Simply mix six to seven drops of the solution with 20 oz (about 600 ml) of water in your golf ball or club washer. The mixture stays fresh for roughly one week, which typically covers about four rounds of golf.
• Can I pair this solution with your portable golf ball washer and club head cleaner? Absolutely! Can I return or exchange an item? We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unused items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, please see our Return & Refund Policy, or contact customer support.
