Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer several shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3‑7 business days; expedited and express options are available at checkout. Each method includes an estimated delivery time and handling period. We prepare most orders within 1‑2 business days, but handling times can be longer during peak periods. Orders placed after 1 pm ET or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will appear during checkout. Express shipping incurs an additional fee and may not be available for all products or locations.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship within the United States and Canada. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We are unable to ship hazardous cleaning solutions internationally due to customs regulations.
International Orders & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering. If your order is refused due to unpaid duties, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Order Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your order ships you will receive tracking information via email. If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, check the tracking details or contact us. We ask that you notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate missing or lost packages. If a package is confirmed as lost, we will reship or refund your order.
Handling of Returns & Exchanges
Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to return or exchange items. For international orders, we cannot refund customs duties or taxes.
